They remind me that the world is still capable of producing something beautiful

Something new, something fresh and innocent

Growing plants teaches me patience

I love to see the light bouncing through the leaves as if to say —

You’re still here. There’s still a bit of beauty in this day.

Still hope

When I see a flower blossom or a veggie pop out,

I feel a small sense of accomplishment

I made something grow with time and effort

perhaps gardening is the therapy I really need
