  1. My heart is capable of more love than I realized.
  2. Try and see the good in everyone
  3. always take time to laugh
  4. don’t take life too seriously
  5. playtime is important for stress management
  6. hugs are healing, so are snuggles
  7. animals can bring us joy
  8. Sorry goes a long way. A real I’m sorry with not buts behind it.
  9. we all need to feel loved and appreciated
  10. be patient with toddlers
  11. family time is important
  12. experiences are more valuable than material things
  13. I mean the world to her
  14. always be kind to others
  15. making people laugh is a great gift you can give to others
  16. stand with someone in their grief
  17. always be polite to strangers
  18. you can say no and still be kind
  19. stand up for yourself
  20. be brave, even when it’s hard or scary
